SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME

Processing Your Order

Email Confirmation and Proofs

Upon submitting your order, you will receive immediate email confirmation.  Electronic PDF proofs will be emailed to you within 1 business day and your approval will be required to continue processing. Instructions for approving your proofs will be included in the email that you receive.

Processing Time

Upon approving your PDF proofs, your order will begin immediate processing. Processing and printing your order will take approximately 4-5 days. If you need your order more quickly, you may opt to have express processing in 2-3 days for an extra charge of $50. Once your order has been printed, it will be shipped to you immediately and a tracking number will be sent to your email for your convenience. Due to our fast turnaround time and quick shipping, most orders will arrive at your doorstep in less than 2 weeks from your order date. Our goal is to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible because we know how exciting it is to receive wedding related goodies!

Shipping Your Order

Free Standard Shipping

Modern Girl Invitations offers Free Standard Shipping to anywhere in the continental US using FedEx Ground service. Due to rising shipping costs, orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are subject to a $15 surcharge. Shipping to the continental US can take anywhere from 2 to 7 days using the Free Shipping option, as we ship from our location in New York state. Please review the FedEx map below to estimate how long it will take to ship your order. For International orders, please contact us.

Rush Shipping Options

If you need to have your invitations and stationery sooner, we also offer 2-day shipping, Next-Day Delivery and Saturday services through FedEx for an additional fee. The pricing for these options will be shown during the checkout process.

International Shipping

Modern Girl Invitations does ship internationally.  If you are an international customer, please contact us at customerservice@moderngirlinvitations.com before placing your order, as we will need to place your order manually. Our free shipping promotion does not apply to international customers, so international customers will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs and any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply. We ship internationally via the United States Postal Service. When you email us we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote before placing your order.

FedEx Shipping Transit Time Map

These times are estimates and are based on business days (Monday through Friday). For instance, if you live in Arizona, the shipping transit time will be approximately 4 days, and if we ship your order on a Wednesday, you will receive it on the following Tuesday (4 business days later).

Most orders will be processed and shipped in less than 2 weeks, however we recommend ordering your invitations at least 6 weeks in advance of when you will need them.
