  You will receive your e-Proof within 1 business day of placing your order. Once you receive your e-Proof, you will need to approve your proof by responding to the email you received. Once your proof is approved, your order will go to print.

  
  

Ordering Process

How to Place Your Order

1. Personalize

• Choose your design and color, click "personalize", and enter your wording. If your wording doesn't fit properly, don't worry, we'll fix it when we design your proofs.



2. Add Instructions

• If you want your invitations in a color that's not shown, mention it in the Special Instructions box and we'll change it for you, no charge! Add any other instructions here as well.



3. Envelopes and Enclosures

• Add return addressing to your envelopes if you'd like ($45 per set). Personalize and add any matching collection items - automatic package discount of up to 10% off!



4. Place Your Order & Receive Proofs

• Finish placing your order online. Your professionally designed PDF proofs will be delivered via email in 1-2 days.


• We don't go to print until you're thrilled with your proofs!

Colors - Fonts

Color Changes



• Color changes are free of charge. Designs may be customized in any of the color or combinations of colors shown on our color chart.


• To order your invitations in a custom color, just mention the color name in the Special Instructions box during personalization.



Font Changes



• Fonts changes cost $15 per stationery item. For instance, if you change the font on your wedding invitations, regardless of quantity, the cost will be $15. If you change the font on invitations & response cards, the cost would be $30 total.


• Fonts can be changed to any other font shown on any other card on our site.


• Please note your font change in the Special Instructions box. We will contact you for payment of font fees after we place your order and send you your proofs.

Samples

What Comes in a Sample?



• Sample packets are $1 and include an invitation, response card, directions & reception cards, a save the date, thank you, and matching envelopes. We create this lovely sample packet so that you can see exactly how a fully finished invitation will look with all of its components.


• Samples are delivered in only one color per design, so you may not receive the color you order. We include a printed color chart so that you can see every color that we offer. You can order your invitations in any of the colors on the chart.



Why Order a Sample?



• Ordering a sample will give you the chance to see and feel the high quality of our printing and paper. It's also a great way to see what the color of your printed invitation will look like. While we do our best to represent colors online, every monitor is different, so what you see may not match the printed invitation.
