Writing for a wedding blog has given me an increased appreciation for the importance of a good wedding photographer. I always knew having a good photographer was necessary, but I didn’t realize what a drastic difference it could make. Having you and your new husband/wife pose a certain way for the pictures and capturing different angles of all your wedding elements makes your wedding seem so much more fun and interesting in print. And once your big day is finally over, the pictures are how you will remember it (and maybe one day tell your children about it) so fun and interesting are very important. Plus, what’s the fun in picking out every detail until it is perfect if there aren’t any pictures for your perfection to live in for eternity? If you only splurge on two things, make it the photographer and the dress.
