Designer Wedding Dresses for Less.
I love that it’s in style to make affordable clothing lines. The designer lines at target kicked this trend off (and maybe the economy helped push it along) with designers like Zac Posen and Jean Paul Gaultier. I find myself stalking those look books online months before the clothes are in store, as if that’ll mean I can buy it any earlier. And Payless has shoes by Christian Siriano and Lela Rose. Lauren Conrad (maybe not a huge designer yet, but I was excited) and Vera Wang for Kohl’s. And now Vera Wang is continuing the trend with wedding dresses for David’s Bridal next spring. No more waiting in endless lines at sample sales to afford a Vera Wang dress.
It’ll start with just wedding dresses and then will soon outfit the entire female part of your bridal party. I have my concerns going into this I must admit. She’s an amazing designer, no one can argue that. But with dresses ranging from $600-$1200, what material will they be made from? What will their level of craftsmanship be? I’m worried but also excited since I trust she cares enough about her brand name to work those details out. I guess we’ll see this time next year.

Hello, just stopped by doing some research for my Vera Wang website. Truly more information than you can imagine on the web. Wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, but nice site. Have a great day.
