Custom Changes and Colors

 

Custom Colors

 

Modern Girl Invitations offers each of our wedding invitation designs in the colors shown on the chart below.  To order a design in a specific color when an online preview is not available, just note the color you'd like to order in the Special Instructions box during checkout.  If you'd like to see your wedding invitation in the color you're interested in before you order, just contact us and we will send you a preview for free.   All of our samples come with a printed copy of the color chart.

 


If the color you are looking for is not on our color chart, we can still create your custom color for a small one time fee of $15. The reason we charge a fee is because it takes our designers extra time to change the colors on the design files as well as test the new color on our printers.

Custom Fonts

 

The fonts on each invitation have been chosen because our designers felt they were the best match for that particular design. However, we totally understand that each bride has her own style and may prefer a different font, so we do offer font substitution for a small fee of $15. The $15 covers substituting the font on the design you like with any other font found on our site. To change fonts, you can make a note in the Special Instructions box on the personalization page or you can contact us. Your new font will be shown in your free e-proof after you order.
 
If the font you would like to use is not found on our site, you may incur an additional fee because Modern Girl Invitations may have to purchase the font that you want to use. The purchase cost for fonts varies and can be as little as $25 to as much as $100. If the font you would like to use is not found on any other invitations on our site, please contact us and we will work with you to determine the cost for the font.

Custom Layout Changes

 

When you order from Modern Girl Invitations, the online preview you see is just that – a preview. Once you submit your order, a designer will double check your work and will make minor adjustments and corrections to layout or font size if needed. You may also note additional layout or font changes in the Special Instructions box that is shown on the design personalization page. Most layout problems can be addressed and corrected through these two methods. If your invitation order needs very complex layout customization, please contact us before you place your order so we can make sure it’s possible to accommodate your changes.

Custom Stationery Pieces

 

We know that carrying a matching theme throughout your wedding stationery is very important. While we offer a wide variety of wedding stationery and accessories for each of our modern invitation designs, we know that you may need something that is currently not listed on our site. Modern Girl Invitations is usually able to accommodate most custom stationery requests, so please feel free to contact us with your request and we will try to help you come up with a solution.
